HOW TO DO IT

Standing facing a wall and slowly walking the fingertips up the wall as high as is comfortable. Improves shoulder movement.

Verbal Cues

  • “Face the wall, fingertips touching the wall”
  • “Walk your fingers up the wall, step by step”
  • “Only go to where it’s comfortable”

What to Watch For

  • Trunk stays upright, not leaning forward
  • Shoulders don’t hike up to the ears
