Standing with the back against a wall, sliding the arms up and down like a snow angel. Improves posture and shoulder movement.

Verbal Cues

  • “Stand with your back and head against the wall”
  • “Arms up against the wall, like a goal post”
  • “Slide them up and down, keeping contact with the wall”

What to Watch For

  • Lower back, head, and arms stay against the wall as much as possible
  • This is the challenge of the exercise
