HOW TO DO IT

Seated, slowly straightening one knee while tucking the chin to the chest, then bending the knee while looking up. Helps the sciatic nerve move freely.

Verbal Cues

  • “Sit tall, slowly straighten one knee”
  • “As you straighten the knee, drop your chin to your chest”
  • “Look up as you bend the knee back”

What to Watch For

  • Movement is gentle and rhythmic, not forced
  • Goal is gentle gliding, not a deep stretch
