Seated with a foam roller under the knees, slowly straightening one knee at a time and lowering it back. Quadricep activation and strengthening.

Verbal Cues

  • “Press the back of your knee into the roller”
  • “Slowly straighten one knee”
  • “Lower with control”

What to Watch For

  • Knee fully straightens if possible
  • Thigh stays in contact with the roller
