HOW TO DO IT

Standing with the back against a wall, sliding one arm up the wall out to the side. Improves shoulder movement.

Verbal Cues

  • “Back against the wall, arms by your sides”
  • “Slide your arm up the wall, like making half a snow angel”
  • “Only go as high as it feels comfortable”

What to Watch For

  • Arm stays in contact with the wall
  • No shoulder shrugging
