HOW TO DO IT

On hands and knees, threading one arm under and across the body, then opening it back up to the ceiling. Loosens the upper back and shoulders.

Verbal Cues

  • “On all fours, reach one arm under and across”
  • “Let your shoulder come down towards the floor”
  • “Then reach the same arm up and open the chest”

What to Watch For

  • Hips stay still
  • Rotation comes from the upper back
