Verbal Cues

  • “Make a straight line from your head to your heels”
  • “Squeeze your belly and glutes tight”
  • “Breathe steadily, don’t hold your breath”

What to Watch For

  • Hips should not sag down or pike up
  • Head stays in line with the back
