On hands and knees, slowly arching the back up like a cat then dropping it down like a cow. Spine mobility.

Verbal Cues

  • “Round your back up to the ceiling, tuck your chin”
  • “Then drop your belly and look forward”
  • “Move smoothly between the two”

What to Watch For

  • Movement is smooth and controlled
  • Whole back should move, not just one part
